At Arcane Massage Therapies, we are committed to providing a professional, safe, and restorative deep tissue massage experience. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and the best outcome for every client.

Services Provided

• I provide professional therapeutic massage services, specializing exclusively in deep tissue massage.

• My services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior e.g. touching or sexual harassment etc. will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.

Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through phone (call or text) or Facebook messenger.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may incur a fee of up to (50% of the service fee).

• If I arrive and the appointment cannot proceed (e.g., due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions), the session will be treated as a late cancellation and the full fee for the session will be charged.

Payment Policy

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer.

• Refunds are not available once a session has commenced.

Mobile Service Conditions

• Clients must provide a safe, private, and clean space with enough room for a massage table.

• Suitable parking and access are required for equipment transport.

• If the environment is unsafe, unhygienic, or unsuitable, I may refuse service and a cancellation fee may apply.

Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant (pre-existing or current) health conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries before treatment.

• If massage is not appropriate, I may refer you to an appropriate qualified medical professional.

• Strict hygiene standards are maintained at all times, and equipment is sanitized between clients.

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

• Any form of harassment, inappropriate requests, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.

Confidentiality

• All personal and health information shared is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

• Client details are used solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective massage services and are never shared without consent.
